By accessing or using the website salesondemand.io or any services provided by Sales On Demand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sales On Demand provides sales automation systems, AI-powered lead generation, CRM automation, and related consulting services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal between the Company and the client.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content from this site without express written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Sales On Demand and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Google API Services and Data Processing

When you authorize Sales On Demand to access your Google account data through OAuth, you are granting us permission to access specific Google services (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile) solely to perform the services described in your engagement agreement. Our use and transfer of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google API data for any purpose beyond delivering the contracted services.

12. Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Integration

12.1 Authorization. If you connect your Facebook or Instagram business assets to Sales On Demand using "Continue with Facebook," you authorize Sales On Demand to access and manage the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Ad Accounts, and lead forms you select, and to take actions on your behalf — including creating and managing advertising campaigns, creating and publishing or drafting Page content, and retrieving leads — for the duration of your engagement with us or until you revoke access.

12.2 Your representations. You represent and warrant that you own or are duly authorized to manage the Meta assets you connect, that you have authority to grant the access you grant, and that your use of our services complies with the Meta Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, Advertising Standards, Pages, Groups and Events Policies, and Community Standards. You are responsible for the legality of the content and offers we publish or advertise on your behalf and for the lawful basis to collect and process leads generated through your forms.

12.3 Lead data ownership. Leads collected through your Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad forms belong to you. You are the controller of that personal data and Sales On Demand acts as your processor, handling it only on your instructions. You are responsible for providing any notices to and obtaining any consents from the individuals who submit those forms, and for honoring their privacy rights.

12.4 Our use of Meta data. Our access to and use of your Meta data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Meta Platform Terms. We use your Meta data only to provide the services to you; we do not sell, license, or transfer it to third parties; and we delete it on request or when no longer needed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.5 Revocation. You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook settings (Business Integrations / Apps and Websites) or by contacting us at privacy@salesondemand.io. You may also request data deletion at salesondemand.io/data-deletion. Revocation does not affect actions lawfully taken before revocation but stops further access.

12.6 Meta is not a party. Meta Platforms, Inc. is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the Sales On Demand services, and provides no warranty regarding our services. The Sales On Demand application is not created, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta. Your relationship with Meta is governed by your own agreements with Meta.

12.7 Suspension for policy violations. We may suspend or terminate your integration if your use violates the Meta Platform Terms, Meta advertising or content policies, or applicable law, or if Meta restricts or revokes our access.
